The Workforce Services Directory is a collection of tools, materials and contact information for a wide variety of workforce development projects. It reflects the depth of talent and resources available within the Greater Richmond region, which can directly impact employer strategies for recruiting and retention. The directory was developed from the employer’s point of view and directory focuses on these topics from the employer’s perspective, highlighting the human resource support services needed to address them. It was designed for use by the moderately to highly-experienced human resource staff.
The directory is regional in nature and will not contain service providers outside the region, unless there are local programs or services connected to the region. The focus of the directory is on organizations that provide services; we have not included organizations that solely provide networking opportunities, as that is outside the scope of this directory.
