Congratulations on a creating such a superb conversation space last week. As a participant and Richmond resident, I learned tons about the region, and even more about 100+ of my fellow citizens. As a leadership and organization development professional, I was really impressed by the virtually snafu-free two days -- and by the quality and depth of conversations that took place, both in the groups and individually in the social spaces.
