Vision 20/10 Update 2007 was held November 19 at the VCU-Siegel Center. Dr. James Crupi presented his findings from the recent follow-up research to, “Richmond at the Crossroads.” The initial report, compiled by Dr. Crupi and issued in 1992, discussed the state of the Richmond community and made recommendations to further enhance the region. The updated research by Dr. Crupi outlines the key underlying forces influencing our future and the subsequent recommendations that we must implement if we want to continue to prosper in changing times.
