MERCHANDISE REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of the products sold in the Greater Richmond Chamber store, returns are not accepted unless merchandise is defective. Your satisfaction is important to us. Should you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact Richard Wintsch at 804-783-9301.
EVENT REFUND POLICY
Events are refundable if notification for refund is received 72 hours prior to the event. Please contact Stephanie Phillips at 804-783-9350.
NEW MEMBER PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
The 90-Day Performance Guarantee is offered to all new members; to qualify, the member will have to attend at least 4 networking events including one Meet the Chamber and one Breakfast Break. If, after meeting these requirements, you are still not satisfied with your investment, we will refund the entire membership investment.
