We believe today's young professionals are the next generation of leaders; our mission is to provide opportunities that enhance their professional and social development skills, giving them the tools and resources they need to promote and predict their future success. Two key programs include:

The Chamber's HYPE (helping young professionals engage) program helps promote the vitality of the Richmond region in order to help attract and retain young professionals and future business leaders.

Our Mentor Richmond program is a team-based mentoring program connecting young professionals with key local executives in the community.
