Business Leaders Roundtable

The Business Leaders Roundtable (BLR) program is an interactive forum where small business leaders share successes, challenges, and insight to help their businesses grow. Each BLR group consists of 10-12 leaders from non-competing businesses who meet monthly to exchange feedback and receive advice they can apply to running their own businesses. Groups determine their own meeting schedules, discussion topics and presenters. It’s like having your own personal Board of Directors!
What are the benefits of the Business Leaders Roundtable program?
• Engaging monthly meetings with a group of trusted, non-competing advisors
• Comfortable, confidential forum to discuss pressing issues
• Opportunity to develop long-term relationships with other business leaders in the Richmond region
• Annual brown bag luncheon with all Roundtable groups to discuss collective topics of interest
Who is eligible to participate in Business Leaders Roundtable?
• Greater Richmond Chamber Member small business owners, CEOs, partners, principals,
and presidents of companies that have been in business a minimum of two years
• Individuals willing to commit two hours per month to a Business Leaders Roundtable group
