Personal Discovery/Workplace Effectiveness

Floricane LLC is extending a 25% discount to Chamber members on Insights Discovery employee workshops.

Insights Discovery products are designed to improve adaptability and communication by asking employees to understand how and why they function in the workplace. Insights’ simple and accessible four color model allows participants to identify their unique styles and learn how they blend with others. Participants come away with a 30 page personality profile that identifies strengths and areas for development. Each profile includes suggestions for development that can be put into practice the very next day.
