    i.e.* is a collaborative community initiative to support and accelerate cross-industry creativity & innovation in the Richmond region. Visit www.ie-rva.org to learn more.  


    On June 23, 2011 200 RVA residents became founding members of the i.e.* movement to bring Richmond’s creativity to the world stage. Since then, a variety of i.e.* sanctioned events have occurred throughout the city.

Emerging Leaders


The Greater Richmond Chamber offers valuable training and development opportunities and resources for emerging leaders. Our signature programs include:

HYPE
HYPE, a program of the Greater Richmond Chamber, is the Richmond Region’s largest network of Young Professionals aged 21-40.  Through HYPE, young professionals can connect with peers, strengthen their professional skills, gain access to key decision makers in the community and find their passion for getting involved in the Richmond Region. 

MENTOR Richmond
MENTOR Richmond is a popular team based monthly mentoring program that brings together Young Professionals and experienced local executives to encourage self-discovery, career achievement and personal growth.

RVA Leadership Lab
RVA Leadership Lab is a new, seven month-long program designed to allow participants to deeply explore concepts of effective leadership using the Insights Discovery® self-awareness profile and ongoing individual and group executive coaching. The small group format fosters individual development, relationship building, self and other awareness and a keen understanding of personal leadership style.

RVA 101
RVA 101is a new program for newcomers to the Richmond region who want to develop or deepen connections within the community. The one-day program features activities, local speakers and recent transplants who offer deep insight into the region.

Leadership Resource Center
The Leadership Resource Center is the Chamber’s ever-evolving print and video collection of the best in leadership theory and practice.
